Print this article

(George Coffin, born 1923, American paediatrician and Evelyn Siris, born 1914, American radiologist), prenatal and postnatal growth deficiency, developmental delay and mental retardation with craniofacial dysmorphism. Radiological manifestations may be absent or there may be hypoplastic terminal phalanges of the little fingers and the toes, with a retarded bone age. Craniofacial dysmorphism is evident clinically, secondary to coronal suture stenosis, hypotelorism and midface hypoplasia. Associated limb anomalies affect the fingers and toes.
